Our Sweets And Treats (Ingredients)
We strive to supply the best quality products to our customers all within their best before dates. We do not hold vast stocks of sweets so to ensure freshness.
Our stock of sweets and treats come from a wide range of manufacturers. Ingredients are shown, on our website, for all products however the list of ingredients and allergy information are supplied by the manufacturer and therefore we cannot fully guarantee the list is complete.
Please make sure you can safely eat any of our products especially if you are affected by any allergies.
Always check before ordering.
- Please check any warnings with sweets regarding children under certain ages for choking Hazard.
- Our Sweets are packed within an environment that also stores and handles nuts although we take every precaution necessary we can’t always guarantee they are completely safe from nuts.
Cancel
If unfortunately you need to cancel your order, please get in touch immediately by (email, text or telephone).
Please note you can only cancel your order if the items have not left our premises.
Problems With Delivery Or Products
In the unlikely event that something has gone wrong with your order then please get in touch with us immediately by (email, text or telephone).
- You do not receive your order within 10 days
- You order is not complete
- Your order is damaged or is defective in any way (* see below)
* All items are perishable so we cannot accept returns.
* If your order is delivered damaged then please send photographic evidence at the time of receipt.
* We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration of products caused by weather conditions, in transit or at delivery.
√ ☀️Please take extra care when ordering certain delicate items in hot weather times. Chocolate or some other items may be affected by hot weather and although they may not look exactly as their website image, the taste will not deteriorate. This includes damage and/or neglect after items are received by you, or items being stored in conditions of extreme hot or cold temperatures.

These Terms do not affect your Statutory Rights.
